At Vista Academy the IEP Teacher collaborates with educators, parents, administrator,  and support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student. Plan activities that are specific to each student's abilities. Teach and mentor students. Implement IEPs, advocates for scholars, assess students' performance, rack their progress, and provide necessary Special Education supports for scholars, educators, and families.
