Still having problems joining zoom?

Try joining zoom through the app on your teach hub account, watch the video by clicking the link below. Please reach out if you are still having problems.

If You received a non-attendee message, here is how you troubleshoot.

1). Click on "Sign In"

2). On the Next page click on "Sign in with SSO"

3). On the Next page type "nycdoe" and press enter or continue

4). On the Next page enter your email and password. Press enter.

5). Wait for the connection to meeting.
