Accessing Your NYC DOE Student Email Account
We hope that you are enjoying your summer and are staying safe!
Our school will no longer use our@vistaacademybrooklyn.com accounts. We will now be using nycstudent.net accounts for all students and teachers/staff will use their schools.nyc.gov accounts. Don’t worry, EVERYTHING that is in each school account will be moved to the new nycstudent.net account. With this account (nycstudent.net), students can access everything they may need for their entire journey in the NYCDOE including Zoom, Microsoft and Google Tools, report cards, and more. Zoom Troubleshooting
Still having problems joining zoom?
Try joining zoom through the app on your teach hub account, watch the video by clicking the link below. Please reach out if you are still having problems. www.schools.nyc.gov
If You received a non-attendee message, here is how you troubleshoot.
1). Click on "Sign In"
2). On the Next page click on "Sign in with SSO"
3). On the Next page type "nycdoe" and press enter or continue
4). On the Next page enter your @nycstudents.net email and password. Press enter.
5). Wait for the connection to meeting.
